Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience as Social Media Manager or similar role (Preferably digital news rooms specifically Political representative)
- Proficiency in various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and familiarity with emerging platforms.
- Ability to interpret analytics and derive actionable insights.
- Strong multitasking skills, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities preferably bilingual, coupled with a creative mindset.
- Required basic editing skills with content writing abilities.
- Updated with the latest political trends.

CEIP is one of the few microfinance organizations in Pakistan following the Grameen Microfinance Model successfully. Started off as Community Support Concern (CSC), the organization has since expanded its operations to target a diverse set of issues faced by the poor that make up the majority of the country, including health and the marginalization of women. The organization recognizes the need to educate and equip communities in order to develop them sustainable and thus provides both financial and non-financial services through an expanding team of dedicated individuals.
