CSR – Sales Customer Service Representative

MARS BPO is looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals to join as International Sales Customer Service Representatives at their Saddar, Karachi office. This full-time position operates on a night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The role offers a commission-based compensation structure with performance bonuses, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about sales and possessing strong English communication skills. Successful candidates will engage with international customers, explain products and services, follow up on leads, and work diligently to meet sales targets while earning attractive commissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Clearly explain products and services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer questions and objections confidently.
- Employ effective persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in communicating with international customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work the 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM shift.
