Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
- Respond accurately and efficiently to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate assistance or solutions.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining high service standards.
- Communicate clearly using effective problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records using CRM systems.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate, O-Level, A-Level students or graduates, Bachelor’s degree students or graduates, fresh graduates, and entry-level professionals are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Fully paid training from day one, along with continuous coaching and professional mentorship.
- Fixed full-time, permanent, on-site position with evening/night shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM), Monday through Saturday. Morning, rotational shifts, and remote work options are not available.
- Competitive fixed monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 45,000, plus performance-based incentives and a punctuality bonus of PKR 3,000 per month.
