We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on accountancy services. This full-time, office-based position is located in DHA Phase 5 and primarily serves clients in the UK and US markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in selling professional services. Prior knowledge or experience in accountancy, bookkeeping, tax, payroll, or financial services sales will be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into viable sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell a variety of accountancy-related services, including bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, VAT, and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based in the UK and US.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to maximize retention and sales growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professional support at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, telesales, customer support, or sales roles.
- Proven experience working with clients in the UK and/or US markets is essential.
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory.
- Strong phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections effectively and close sales successfully.
- Experience selling accountancy, bookkeeping, tax, payroll, or financial services is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online communication platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
