We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team for a USA-based packaging campaign. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience handling both inbound and outbound calls. This role requires working on-site at Al-Hafeez Executive, Gulberg 3, Lahore, during night shift hours. The position offers a fixed salary along with an attractive commission structure, with a salary range between PKR 60,000 and PKR 100,000, negotiable based on relevant experience and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries related to the USA-based packaging campaign with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet campaign targets and improve service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and data security.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Customer Service Representative, specifically in a USA-based packaging campaign.
- Proven ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Ability to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Female candidates only, as per campaign requirements.
- Willingness to work on-site at the designated office location in Gulberg 3, Lahore.
