Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over the phone, effectively communicating product information and services.
- Convert incoming and outgoing calls into successful sales opportunities.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the system.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidates with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to speak confidently and persuasively over the phone.
- Strong motivation to achieve sales targets and earn commissions.
- Willingness to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:15 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Ability to commute reliably or plan to relocate to Islamabad DHA Phase-II before starting work.
- Commitment to working on-site; virtual or remote applicants will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
- Competitive basic salary starting at PKR 50,000, with additional target achievement bonuses of PKR 20,000 and team success bonuses of PKR 10,000.
