CSR For Packaging Company

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken English to join our USA-based packaging project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the packaging industry and experience handling customer interactions to drive sales. This role requires managing multiple communication channels and working closely with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails efficiently to address customer inquiries.
- Generate sales inquiries through various channels including calls, custom quote request forms, chats, and emails.
- Ensure every inquiry is properly addressed by collaborating with the sales manager and project manager to convert inquiries into sales.
- Assess customer needs and coordinate with the estimation team to provide timely price quotations.
- Conduct periodic follow-ups to maximize sales conversion.
- Handle customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions within company guidelines and production capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork, and other relevant files.
- Coordinate with the design team to implement artwork changes requested by customers.
- Work closely with the shipping team to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the USA or UK packaging industry.
- At least 1 year of direct experience in packaging sales.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) off.
- Availability to work on-site.
