Keystone Medics is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, supporting a USA packaging campaign. The CSR will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound customer communications, addressing inquiries related to packaging services, and delivering accurate and timely information. This role plays a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues, processing requests, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The successful candidate will work closely with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and contribute to continuous improvements in service quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding packaging services and order status.
- Resolve customer issues and process service requests accurately.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer communications.
- Support order and shipment-related queries to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow standardized procedures and meet established performance targets.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on recurring customer concerns to help improve processes and overall customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing skills with experience in Customer Service or Customer Support roles.
- Ability to maintain positive interactions and uphold high standards of Customer Satisfaction and Experience.
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably supporting USA-based campaigns or international clients.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant customer service or call center experience.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Lahore with flexible shifts aligned to USA business hours.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM or call center software and standard office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, communications, or related fields is advantageous.
