CSR (Inbound & Outbound Voice Agent), F.E & MVA Campaigns

We are seeking experienced Customer Sales Representatives to join our team for Final Expense (F.E) and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) voice campaigns. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, engaging customers with professionalism while striving to meet individual targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to F.E and MVA campaigns.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers in English.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Adhere to campaign scripts, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude on every call.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 months’ experience in a call center environment; experience with F.E and MVA campaigns is highly preferred.
- Strong spoken and verbal English communication skills.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Comfortable working under target-driven conditions.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM, Monday through Friday, onsite.

This is an in-person role based in Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi. Candidates must be able to commute daily to the work location and be comfortable with the specified night shift schedule.
