A reputable real estate agency based in I-8 Markaz, Islamabad, is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will serve as a Personal Assistant, managing customer communications and supporting daily office operations. This role requires a confident, presentable individual who can effectively handle customer inquiries and maintain smooth internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and clear information regarding the company’s services to clients.
- Maintain detailed customer records, including follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling appointments.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Coordinate effectively with various internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare daily reports and keep management updated on customer interactions and operational matters.

Required Qualifications:
- Open to both male and female candidates aged between 18 and 24 years.
- Minimum education level: Intermediate (preferred).
- Must be a resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
- Strong communication skills in both Urdu and English are essential.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office, email, and internet usage.
- Ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in a call center environment is considered an advantage.
- Competitive salary starting at Rs. 22,000 per month during the probation period.
- Salary increases to Rs. 25,000 per month upon successful completion of probation.
- Working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 9:15 AM to 7:30 PM.
- The position requires physical presence at the office location in Islamabad.
