Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team in Karachi. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and at least six months to one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and supporting the company’s overall growth. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts and thrive in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services
- Effectively communicate the benefits of products and services to close sales
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions

Required Qualifications:
- Six months to one year of experience in a call center or sales environment
- Good command of English, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasion skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer proficiency for managing records and communication tools
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
- Target-driven with a proactive and motivated approach
