We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role involves actively sourcing new business within an assigned geographic area while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will contribute to business growth by acquiring new clients and ensuring customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business. The position requires daily local travel and offers working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source new business opportunities within the designated territory by building and nurturing customer relationships.
- Drive business growth through customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with current customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and explore new avenues for expanding the customer base and increasing revenue.
- Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis to meet business demands.

Required Qualifications:
- No specific educational qualification is mandatory; candidates with education below intermediate level are welcome to apply.
- Open to both freshers and experienced professionals.
- Must possess a two-wheeler vehicle along with a valid driving license for local travel.
- Essential documents include Aadhar card, PAN card, and educational certificates.
