We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team, focusing on outbound calls to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will engage with international clients, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate services. This role requires a proactive approach to follow up on leads, convert prospects into clients, and consistently meet monthly sales targets. Maintaining strong customer relationships and accurate records of sales activities is essential to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities.
- Communicate professionally with international clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service.
- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in International Sales or Call Center Sales.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
