CSR (Night Shift)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least six months to one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into successful sales, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Candidates should be target-driven, confident, and willing to work night shifts in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the company’s system.

Required Qualifications:
- Six months to one year of relevant sales or call center experience.
- Good command of English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge to manage records and customer data.
- Target-oriented with a confident and proactive personality.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
