CSR (Night Shift)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven attitude, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential clients, effectively presenting products and services, and converting leads into sales to support the company’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients to promote company products and services.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally and courteously.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
- Follow campaign procedures and uphold quality standards throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer literacy to manage call records and customer data.
- Target-oriented mindset with confidence to engage customers effectively.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in sales or customer service roles.
