CSR (Night Shift)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into successful sales, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the company’s system

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate / A-Level
- At least one year of experience in a call center or sales-related role
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work night shifts

Working Hours:
6:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Job Type:
Full-time, suitable for freshers with relevant experience

Salary Range:
Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

On-site at the company’s office in Karachi
