CSR (Night Shift)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of converting leads into successful sales. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts and be eager to contribute to a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the system

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate / A-Level
- At least one year of experience in a call center or sales-related role
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts

Working Hours:
6:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Job Type:
Full-time, suitable for freshers with relevant experience

Salary Range:
Rs40,000 to Rs80,000 per month

Work Location:
On-site at the company’s office in Karachi
