Hair Matters, a reputable hair care brand based in Gulberg V, Lahore, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team for online sales. This full-time, on-site position operates from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and focuses on handling both inbound and outbound sales calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to foster strong customer relationships while promoting Hair Matters’ products.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Promote Hair Matters hair care products and assist customers in selecting the most suitable items.
- Handle online sales inquiries and maintain consistent follow-up with potential customers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by delivering exceptional support.
- Convert leads into sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Communicate professionally with customers across various online sales channels.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales abilities.
- Confidence in managing customer inquiries and closing sales.
- Target-driven, motivated, and professional demeanor.
- Availability to work on-site during the specified working hours.
