CSR (onsite)

ENCS Networks is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model specifically for female candidates, with shifts aligned to the US time zone. The role involves managing customer interactions through various communication channels, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment and able to adapt to the demands of a night shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via calls, emails, and other communication platforms.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, following up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate effective problem resolution.
- Provide clear communication and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customers effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Willingness and ability to work according to the US time zone.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.

Additional Information
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000. The work schedule for female employees includes a night shift with one day in the office and the remainder remote. For male candidates, the role is onsite five days a week. The work location is primarily in person.
