CSR Upwork Expert

Sparking Asia, a dynamic and growing company specializing in delivering quality digital services globally, is seeking a motivated Upwork Bidder (Client Support Representative) to join their team full-time. This on-site position is based at Kohistan Tower, Saddar, Rawalpindi, with shifts from 4 PM to 12 AM and 12 AM to 8 AM. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s client base on Upwork by identifying relevant job opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, and maintaining strong communication with potential clients. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can effectively represent Sparking Asia and help secure new projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily searches on Upwork to identify job postings that align with the company’s services.
- Write personalized and persuasive proposals that address the specific needs of each client.
- Manage Upwork Connects efficiently to maintain a high proposal-to-response ratio.
- Respond promptly to client messages and invitations, ensuring timely communication.
- Engage with clients via chat and calls when necessary to clarify requirements and build trust.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to confirm project scope, pricing, and timelines.
- Maintain and optimize the company’s Upwork profile and portfolio to enhance visibility.
- Track all bidding activities, including responses, interviews, and conversions, through regular reporting.
- Follow up with leads to assist in closing deals and securing projects.

Required Qualifications

- Solid working knowledge of Upwork, including the bidding process, Connects management, job filtering, profile optimization, and understanding of the Job Success Score.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with a professional and clear tone.
- Fast and accurate typing skills to efficiently handle proposal writing and client communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring no errors or copy-paste mistakes in proposals.
- Ability to comprehend client requirements and align them with the company’s service offerings.
- Persuasive writing skills combined with basic sales acumen.
- Effective time management skills to meet daily bidding targets consistently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional workspace setup.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- At least one year of experience as an Upwork bidder, business developer, or customer service representative.
- Familiarity with IT, web development, or digital marketing services is advantageous.
- Experience using CRM or project tracking tools such as Google Sheets or Trello.
- A proven track record of winning projects on Upwork is highly desirable.
