An established Australian company is looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join their Islamabad office as Customer Service Representatives (CSR) / Call Center Agents specializing in medical administration. This full-time role is based in the E-11 area of Islamabad and offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to 80,000, depending on interview performance. The working hours align with Australian Standard Time, from 3:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
