The Finance Executive is responsible for:
- Managing daily cash balances.
- Maintaining banking relationships.
- Exposure / Knowledge accounts system.
- Working with executives and business heads to prepare budgets.
- Track business performance to keep within budgets.
- Liaising with other financial institutions, departments, and business units.
- Monitor financial matters of the company as a whole;
- Taking responsibility for, and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff;
- Assist in preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities including tax returns, etc.
- Assist in financial audits and reviews as required.
- Transfer money between bank accounts as required;
- Payment of invoices and fees as required or otherwise instructed;
Preparation of salaries.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in finance or accounting, Qualified / Part Qualified (ACCA / ICAEW / ICMA).
- More than 01 - 02 years of relevant experience in a reputable firm/organization.
Computer literacy including good knowledge of following:
- Microsoft Office
- Accounting / Auditing Standard
- Accounting Softwares
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
