We are seeking a dedicated Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) Technician to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the decontamination, cleaning, packing, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring that all processes meet strict infection control and safety standards. This role requires close coordination with the Operation Theatre and other departments to maintain a seamless supply of sterile instruments. The position is full-time and based on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform decontamination, cleaning, packing, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Operate and monitor sterilization equipment such as Autoclaves and Ethylene Oxide (ETO) sterilizers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sterilization cycles and related documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Inspect instruments to verify cleanliness, functionality, and detect any damage.
- Coordinate with the Operation Theatre and other hospital departments to ensure timely instrument supply.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the CSSD work area to support operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in CSSD or a related healthcare field.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols.
