- Plan and implement fiber deployment in specified areas of Karachi (Buried & Air both).
- Ensure Quality of Services (QOS/QC), complete checking/testing, maintenance and troubleshooting - 24x7.
- Power Testing, Jointing & Splicing of Fiber Optics. Training new staff for installation and configuration of ONT.
- Managing and leading Installation teams of GPON.
- Conduct connection survey for Main Route, Hand holes and Manholes designing of GPON.
- Provide Technical support for planning of fiber allocation, duct design (PVC) and Route design.
- FTTH/GPON Network Planning, Estimation, Route Selection, OSP Planning, Fiber Management, Fiber link power Budgeting, ONU, OLT Services.
