The ideal candidate holds at least a bachelor's degree and possesses significant experience in overseas education, student counseling, admissions, or educational sales, along with a solid understanding of U.S. higher education systems and visa regulations. The role does not involve managing a team but focuses on meeting strict recruitment and enrollment targets through effective communication and diligent follow-up, while maintaining comprehensive student records and weekly recruitment reports.
Responsibilities

  • Promote the hospitality and business management programs of the school to prospective students based in Pakistan through various outreach channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local universities, education consultants, and student organizations to create a robust recruitment network.
  • Conduct informative online and in-person sessions explaining the schools offerings, admission requirements, tuition costs, and application steps clearly and accurately.
  • Follow up with prospective students using telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media platforms to address inquiries and encourage application submissions.
  • Assist qualified students in preparing and organizing admission documents to ensure a smooth application process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and compile weekly reports to track recruitment progress and inform management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly application and enrollment targets set by the institution to support its strategic growth objectives.
  • Ensure compliance by providing truthful information regarding visa and immigration regulations, avoiding any guarantees or misleading advice related to visa approvals.
  • Work independently with honesty and responsibility, adapting to a remote or hybrid work environment as required.
  • Collaborate internally to support enrollment-based performance commission structures and participate in evaluation during the three-month probation period.
