The officer works independently and is responsible for managing accurate student records and meeting monthly application and enrollment targets. This position demands strong communication skills, unwavering honesty, and an organized approach to ensure candidates receive precise information regarding admissions and visa processes without any misleading immigration advice. Experience with U.S. student visa documentation and successful F-1 visa applications are highly valued, along with familiarity with Form I-20, SEVIS, DS-160, and visa interview preparation. The role does not include managing a team but requires strong collaboration with recruitment partners and educational institutions globally.
Responsibilities

  • Promote the schools academic programs to prospective international students through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, educational consultants, student organizations, and international recruitment partners.
  • Conduct engaging online and in-person information sessions about the schools programs and admission process.
  • Follow up with prospective students through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media to provide detailed and accurate program and admission information.
  • Clearly explain admission requirements, tuition fees, program details, and application procedures to ensure prospective students understand the process.
  • Assist qualified applicants in preparing and submitting all necessary admission documents accurately and promptly.
  • Guide students through the visa application process, including support with obtaining Form I-20, applying for the F-1 visa, and preparing for visa interviews.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date student records and submit weekly recruitment reports to track progress against targets.
  • Meet and strive to exceed monthly application and enrollment goals set by the school.
  • Provide honest and reliable advice consistently, ensuring no misleading information is given regarding visa approvals or immigration regulations.
  • Stay informed on current international education systems, student visa regulations, and U.S. immigration policies relevant to international student recruitment.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of applications and timely communication with prospective students.
  • Prepare reports summarizing recruitment outcomes and challenges, providing insights for continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.
