Are you interested in learning the art of hospitality ? Do you have experience working as a Restaurant Hostess, Host or Server ?

We are looking to hire fresh or experienced hospitality professionals to join our team. We offer full paid training, great Salary package and benefits,  regularly rostered days off, free uniforms and meals. Transport can be arranged to and from work.

Job brief

  • Be the point of contact for our guests. Welcoming them to the venue, seating them, taking orders and serving them.
  • Cater to guests who require extra attention
  • Ensure that we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.
  • Maintain a clean service section at all times
  • Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
  • Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.

Requirements and skills

  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
  • Previous work experience is a plus but not required
  • Understanding of social etiquette
  • Demonstrable customer-service skills
  • The knowledge of our menu
  • Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Availability to work in shifts as needed
  • Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
  • Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Intermediate diploma; hospitality certification is a plus
