We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Courier Service Executive to manage and coordinate all courier-related activities. This includes tracking shipments, maintaining strong follow-ups with courier partners, ensuring timely deliveries, managing courier payments, and resolving any related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Courier Tracking: Monitor and update the status of outgoing and incoming shipments across all courier platforms.
  • Coordination: Liaise with courier service providers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with couriers on delayed or missing shipments.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve courier-related issues such as misrouted, lost, or damaged parcels.
  • Payment Management: Track courier bills, verify invoices, and coordinate with the accounts team for timely payment processing.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of shipments, communications, and payment transactions.
  • Customer Support: Provide shipment status updates to internal teams and customers when required.
  • Service Evaluation: Evaluate performance of courier partners and escalate recurring issues to management.
