Job Description

  • Managing all general administration activities.
  • Greet, assist and direct visitors.
  • Respond to phone calls/public inquiries.
  • Technically hands-on experience in maintenance of electric equipment, AC, UPS, generators, vehicles, furniture, purchasing, staff management.
  • Responsible for all billing and maintenance related work.
  • Proper filing is maintained and updated in the MIS format for all concerns related to Admin Dept.
  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
  • Maintain an inventory of office supplies.
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
  • Hands on experience of repair and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Provide administrative services for the Executive Director.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree.
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Administration.
  • Must be honest and trustworthy.
  • Must demonstrate sound work ethics.
  • The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas: computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Time management skills.
  • Must have excellent English verbal and written skills.
