CureMD Assistant Financial Analyst prepare, analyze, audit, and report accounting information to provide quantitative intelligence on our financial performance. They support the Finance Department by managing day-to-day operational tasks to ensure transparency and financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping all the company’s financial transactions into organized accounts on a daily basis
- Preparation of all cheques and vouchers and managing petty cash
- Preparing bank reconciliation statement
- Handling vendor management tasks i.e. invoicing, providing quotations, having updated knowledge of local taxation systems (both withholding taxes and goods and services taxes)
- Handling all finance related queries regarding advance policies and overtime
- Be apt at inventory management, as well as, oversee company purchases and costing
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate in Accounting, Business and/or Finance of any reputable university
- Must have 6 months to 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience using Quick books/Peachtree & MS Office (MS Excel proficiency)
- Shift Time – 12.00 PM TO 9.00 PM
