- Databases team helps healthcare individuals transform and evolve their processes through the use of CureMD’s vast network, web-scale data centers and software infrastructure.
- As part of an innovative team in this rapidly growing business, you will help shape the future of how users of all sizes practice technology to connect with patients and other relevant partners.
- As an ETL Developer, you will guide users on the migration of transactional database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and SQL Server to CureMD Platform.
- You will work with healthcare clients to understand technical requirements and assist in designing, planning, managing, and troubleshooting the data migration process.
- Additionally, you will work closely with Product Management and Product Engineering to build and constantly drive excellence in our products.
- Our products are engineered for security, reliability and scalability, running the full stack from infrastructure to applications to devices and hardware.
- Our teams are dedicated to helping our customers and developers see the benefits of our technology come to life.
Responsibilities
- Be a trusted technical advisor to users and solve complex database migration challenges.
- Create and deliver best practices recommendations, sample code, and technical presentations adapting to different levels of key business and technical stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and SQL Server.
- Developed SQL expertise with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- IT healthcare domain knowledge will be preferable.
- 1-3 years of experience with data migration strategies and moving large scale production systems either in on-premises / data center environments or migration to cloud scenarios.
- O/A levels background will be preferred.
- Understanding of database management tools for backups, recovery, snapshot management, sharding and partitioning.
- Experience with database performance tuning.
- Experience developing ELT or ETL workflows.
