Curriculum Developer

Cornerstone Publications is seeking a dedicated Curriculum & Educational Content Developer to join our team in Lahore. This is an office-based role where you will collaborate closely with academic and design teams to create engaging and effective learning materials for early years and primary students. Your expertise will help transform curriculum goals into clear lesson plans and educational content that supports both teachers and learners.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop weekly and daily lesson plans that include clear learning outcomes, activities, and assessments.
- Create and review content for various educational resources such as books, e-books, worksheets, reading cards, and phonics materials.
- Plan the integration of multimedia elements like videos, animations, and digital features to enhance each lesson.
- Ensure all content is age-appropriate, accurate, and aligned with relevant curriculum standards.
- Write clear instructions and guidance to assist teachers in delivering lessons effectively.
- Review layouts and revise content based on feedback from teachers and internal teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in teaching, lesson planning, curriculum development, or educational publishing.
- Strong understanding of early years or primary teaching methodologies.
- Excellent English writing and editing skills.
- Ability to design practical and engaging activities tailored for children.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
