We need Live Chat operators to answer the clients' queries pro-actively and generate leads / sales via chat with good typing speed and most importantly correct sentence structure and syntax.
Computer skills and knowledge on software usage is also must.
As part of your job, you will be required to reply back to the clients query via email as well.
Few job responsibilities and required skills include.
- Providing help and advice to customers by using organization's products or services;
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, Chat, email.
- US/ UK Accent will be preferred.
- Willingness to engage in direct sales and customer calling
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications
- Punctuality and consistent work attendance
- Customer Service experience a plus
- Sales experience a plus
- Call Center experience a plus
- Experience / Knowledge about the Printing process would be an added advantage

Our work timings are 9am - 6pm US - Pacific Standard Time (9pm - 6am PST)
Fixed Salary + uncapped commission on sales at offer.
