Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals in both the US and UK.
Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations (virtual or in-person) to prospective clients, showcasing Custom Boxez Limited's capabilities and tailor-made solutions.
Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements, challenges, and goals to propose the most suitable custom packaging solutions.
Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare accurate quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively to achieve individual sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately track progress in CRM, and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
Market Feedback: Gather and relay market intelligence, client feedback, and competitor activities to the sales and marketing teams.
Product Knowledge: Continuously update product knowledge, industry trends, and packaging innovations to effectively advise clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design, production, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth and positive client experience from concept to delivery.
Problem Solving: Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
