We are seeking an experienced Japan Customs Clearance Executive to join our team at a Japan-based shipping, freight forwarding, and vehicle export company. This role is based in Karachi, near Habib Bank Plaza on I.I. Chundrigar Road. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all Japanese customs clearance and export procedures from our Karachi office, ensuring compliance with Japan Customs regulations and facilitating smooth export operations for Japanese vehicles and auto parts.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate all Japanese customs clearance and export procedures from Karachi.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Japan Customs regulations, export requirements, and compliance procedures.
- Manage and verify export documentation related to Japanese vehicles and auto parts.
- Coordinate effectively with Japanese customs brokers, shipping agents, yards, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customs documentation and export shipments.
- Resolve any discrepancies or operational issues related to Japanese customs clearance.
- Monitor shipment progress and ensure adherence to applicable Japanese export regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Japanese customs clearance and export operations.
- Strong practical knowledge of Japan Customs procedures, regulations, and export documentation.
- Proven experience with the export of Japanese vehicles and auto parts to international destinations.
- Ability to independently coordinate customs clearance operations from Karachi with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Salary
The monthly salary ranges from PKR 60,000 to PKR 90,000, depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, technical knowledge, and practical expertise. The final salary will be determined during the interview process.

Office Location
The position is based at our office on I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, near Habib Bank Plaza.
