Customer Calling Agent

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and at least six months to one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting company services, and converting leads into successful sales. The position plays a vital role in driving the company’s growth and requires individuals who are target-oriented and able to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities
- Promote company services effectively and close sales
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions

Required Qualifications:
- Six months to one year of experience in a call center or sales environment
- Good command of English with strong communication skills
- Excellent convincing and interpersonal abilities to engage customers
- Basic computer literacy for managing records and communications
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
- A motivated, target-driven personality with a passion for sales
