Customer Calling Agent (Night Shift)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into successful sales, and directly contributing to the company’s growth. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts and thrive in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services.
- Effectively close sales by converting leads into customers.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a call center or sales environment.
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy to manage customer data and communication tools.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- A target-oriented and self-motivated personality suited for a sales-driven role.
