Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in fluent English, ensuring accuracy in all interactions.
- Manage calls efficiently within a call center setting while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and follow-up purposes.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; graduates are preferred.
- At least six months of experience in a call center environment, with preference given to candidates who have international call center experience.
- Fluency in English with excellent grammar and communication skills is essential.
- Ability to work on-site at the Islamabad location.
