Customer Care Representative – International

MARS BPO is seeking confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals for the role of Customer Care Representative – International Sales. The shift timing for this role is from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, and the position requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Clearly explain products and services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Consistently work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Confidently handle customer questions and objections.
- Utilize effective persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
