Customer Care Representative – International

MARS BPO, located in Saddar, Karachi, is looking for confident and motivated individuals to join its international sales team. This full-time, on-site position involves engaging with overseas customers in English to explain products and services, respond to inquiries, handle objections, and follow up with prospects to drive sales. The role requires working the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Compensation includes a basic salary, commission, and performance bonuses, providing significant earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with international prospects using clear English.
- Explain the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers.
- Build customer interest and follow up on sales leads to close deals.
- Address customer concerns and provide assistance throughout the sales process.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English communication skills are essential.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently toward sales targets.
- Availability to work the 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM shift.
