Customer Care Representative & Dispatch Agent

We are seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join our call center team, focusing on cab dispatch and delivery dispatch operations. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in managing customer interactions and coordinating with drivers to ensure efficient and timely service. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Wapda Town, Lahore, offering both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate cab bookings and assign rides to drivers to optimize route management.
- Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing order updates.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with drivers and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Keep accurate records of all bookings, deliveries, and dispatch activities for operational transparency.

Required Qualifications

- Good command of English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with common software and call center tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in a call center or dispatch role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Candidates with prior experience in dispatch operations or customer service will have an added advantage. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs90,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Working hours include flexible day and night shifts to accommodate operational needs. This role requires physical presence at the workplace to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
