Customer Care Representative

Mars BPO is looking for a motivated Customer Care Representative – Sales to join their team on the night shift, working from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. This role focuses on assisting customers over the phone by promoting products and services, generating sales, and consistently meeting sales targets. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, clearly communicate product benefits, and convert leads into sales through effective and persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls while actively promoting company products and services.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert leads into paying customers.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and current promotional offers to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and overcome sales objections effectively.
- Utilize upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales records.
- Meet established sales KPIs, conversion rates, and call quality standards.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer care and sales roles.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers effectively.
- Skilled in objection handling and closing sales.
- Proficient in upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Strong negotiation and time management abilities.

Compensation and Work Environment:
This is an in-person position based at the company’s office, offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs80,000. The role requires working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
