Customer Care Representative

Mars BPO is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative – Sales to join their team during the night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The role involves assisting customers over the phone by promoting products and services, generating sales, and meeting assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs, clearly explaining product benefits, and converting potential leads into successful sales through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to promote company products and services.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert leads into paying customers.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing promotional offers.
- Address customer inquiries and effectively manage sales objections.
- Employ upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales records.
- Meet established sales KPIs, conversion rates, and call quality standards.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer care and sales roles.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Skilled in objection handling and closing sales effectively.

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs80,000. This is an in-person role based at the company’s location, requiring availability for the specified night shift hours. Candidates are expected to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, maintain high conversion rates, and contribute positively to team revenue and customer satisfaction.
