Buy Box Global is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Care Representative to join our team in Lahore. This on-site role involves supporting our international Amazon e-commerce operations during the morning shift. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing company. Salary ranges from PKR 50,000 to 70,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer messages and inquiries through Amazon and Etsy Seller Central platforms.
- Manage order confirmations, returns, refunds, and resolve order-related issues efficiently.
- Follow up on customer concerns and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with basic Canva designs and support other e-commerce related tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills, effective communication, and consistent follow-up.
- Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools is a plus.
