Customer Care & Sales Executive

MARS BPO, based in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Customer Support & Sales Agents. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment where strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential. The role involves interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, and driving sales to meet company targets. The shift timing for this role is from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, and the salary ranges from PKR 40,000 to 90,000 per month, complemented by a performance-based sales commission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally and efficiently handle customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with product information, services, and general questions.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records following company policies.
- Build and sustain positive, professional relationships with customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve overall business objectives.
