The MVR Specialist role focuses on project management and is responsible for overseeing the entire Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) onboarding process, ensuring compliance with state-specific requirements for our customers. This position requires managing multiple concurrent projects, each with distinct paperwork, deadlines, and stakeholders. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Specialists, the MVR Specialist acts as a key liaison between compliance operations, vendor management, and customer communication. Daily responsibilities include submitting and tracking state documentation, coordinating with external vendor partners, and maintaining clear communication with customers and internal Implementation Consultants to ensure projects progress smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of projects without sacrificing attention to detail, communicates proactively, and takes full ownership from project initiation through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple simultaneous MVR projects, tracking status, deadlines, and next steps for each.
- Prepare, submit, and monitor all state-required paperwork to initiate and maintain MVR access on behalf of customers.
- Serve as the primary contact for external vendor partners, coordinating requests and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers and internal Implementation Consultants, providing updates and addressing outstanding items.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records for all active projects to ensure no details are missed.
- Identify potential obstacles that could delay project completion, escalate issues when necessary, and drive timely resolutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, compliance operations, or a similar customer-facing, process-driven role.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working within paperwork-intensive, process-oriented workflows.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors or partners to successfully complete tasks.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
