Customer Interview Specialist (On-Site, Karachi)

Serving small and mid-sized businesses across the US, the company is expanding its team and seeking a skilled professional to join as a Customer Interview Specialist. This role involves conducting customer interviews via video calls, requiring a confident and articulate communicator who can represent the company with professionalism and warmth. Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured video interviews with customers using platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
- Ask clear, relevant questions and actively listen to customer responses to gather valuable insights.
- Record accurate notes during interviews and summarize key findings for the team.
- Maintain a professional, friendly tone throughout each conversation while adhering to scheduled timeframes.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up activities in collaboration with the internal team.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English skills, demonstrating clarity, fluency, and confidence during live calls.
- Comfortable using video conferencing tools like Zoom and Google Meet for conducting interviews.
- Strong listening skills paired with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in note-taking and basic reporting to document interview outcomes effectively.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work night shifts as required.
- Previous experience in customer service, calling, or interviewing is advantageous but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi, with no remote work option. Candidates must be available to work night shifts, either from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time). The salary range for this role is PKR 100,000 to 180,000 per month, which will be determined based on experience and interview performance.
