Customer Premises Associate (Karachi/Quetta)

We are seeking motivated candidates based in Karachi or Quetta for a technical support role involving the installation and maintenance of internet connections. This position offers a monthly salary of PKR 40,000 and is ideal for fresh graduates who possess a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) and have a basic understanding of telecom and networking. The role requires hands-on work at customer locations, providing technical assistance and resolving network issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain internet connections at customer premises.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems.
- Provide on-site technical support by visiting customers as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of telecom and networking concepts.
- Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license to facilitate travel to customer locations.
