Customer Premises Associate

A reputable telecom company is seeking a skilled DAE technician to join their team for on-site work primarily in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting phone lines, internet cables, and TV fiber connections while ensuring prompt resolution of customer complaints. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot phone lines to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Perform installation and maintenance of internet cables, addressing any technical issues.
- Handle TV fiber cable installation and resolve related technical problems.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain high service standards.
- Operate independently in the field, requiring reliable transportation.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) with a 3-year completion in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or IT disciplines.
- Must possess a motorcycle (bike) for commuting to various job sites.
- Ability to work full-time and on-site in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Salary range between Rs. 40,700 to Rs. 70,000 per month, including incentives.
- Full-time employment with opportunities to earn additional incentives based on performance.
- Work location is strictly in person, requiring physical presence at job sites.
