Customer Relations Intern

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Specialist to join our in-house team based in Lahore. In this role, you will serve as the primary advocate for our customers, ensuring they remain inspired and successful while using our digital signage platform. Working closely with our technical team, who maintain the screens, you will focus on long-term client retention, account health, and helping users maximize the value of our services. This full-time position offers a hybrid work model, providing flexibility to balance remote and office-based work.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily interactions with clients to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Deliver exceptional support tailored to customer needs.
